Protecting Our Community Through Information Sharing, Training and Cooperation The San Diego Law Enforcement Coordination Center (SD-LECC) is the all crimes, all hazards fusion center and serves as the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (SD/I HIDTA) Investigative Support Center (ISC) for the San Diego and Imperial County region.
